We’re watching the coverage of Hurricane Sandy and Stavros just heard that they are expecting sustained winds of 90mph.
For some reason he felt the need to demonstrate this. Apparently its not gusts, which can be equated to a short sharp burst of blowing in my eye. No, its sustained winds, which is like blowing in someone’s face until you wheeze.
He also felt the need to point out that the news coverage included a boarded up coffee outlet:
“Look at that, they’ve even shut Starbucks!”
